Thank Heavens it.s Friday!! It has been a long week!
In the end, I decided to start on the Prairie Schooler's Q for Quilting. I got as far as finding the fabric and threads, intending to start last night, but in the end my eyes complained that they were too tired.
So, I am hoping to start today! It is wet and windy here, so it will be good to stay in and stitch!
Have a brilliant weekend!!

Thankfully, all went well at the hospital yesterday, after a weekend of worrying about it! Apparently, the Laser treatment has 'worked well' and I haven't got to go back for four months! Such a relief. Your eyes are so important.
I am going to stitch today - maybe a bit of 'Three Things' or I might make a start on something new - and smaller! Can't decide between Prairie Schooler's Q is for Quilting or the Jane Austen sampler from the Gift of Stitching magazine - both are lovely! Has anyone else stitched these?
Have a good day!

Hi everyone!
A lovely sunny day here - for now, anyway!
I had my follow-up appointment in the post today to see the eye people at the hospital - it's on my BIRTHDAY and can't be changed! Oh joy! I am not looking forward to it one little bit - I hate those drops they put in your eyes to dilate them............
I am still stitching Moira Blackburn's Three Things sampler - it is beautiful, but I'm finding it heavy going at the moment!
Still, the weekend is upon us! It seems to have been a long week!

Hello everyone!
My name is Lynda, and I have been stitching now for quite a few years.
I love all stitching, but my particular passion has to be samplers!
I am very new to blogging - so I hope you will bear with me - I can only get better, can't I?!!!!
